We are currently seeking a sales coordinator for an exciting position in Hamburg, Germany. Here is information about the position:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of quotations via the company's own IT system
- Maintenance of existing customers and acquisition of new customers for the two segments container and project cargo with focus on export West Africa
- Close contact with the operative departments as well as the shipping company and the agency offices overseas regarding all questions related to customer inquiries
- Collaboration in projects
- Support in the creation and analysis of reports
What you bring on board:
- Completed commercial vocational training, desirably in the field of shipping or forwarding and logistics services, or studies with a logistics focus
- Independent, analytical and careful way of working
- Team and communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Excel
- Fluent German and practical English skills
