Inside Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking a sales coordinator for an exciting position in Hamburg, Germany. Here is information about the position:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of quotations via the company's own IT system
• Maintenance of existing customers and acquisition of new customers for the two segments container and project cargo with focus on export West Africa
• Close contact with the operative departments as well as the shipping company and the agency offices overseas regarding all questions related to customer inquiries
• Collaboration in projects
• Support in the creation and analysis of reports

What you bring on board:

• Completed commercial vocational training, desirably in the field of shipping or forwarding and logistics services, or studies with a logistics focus
• Independent, analytical and careful way of working
• Team and communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Excel
• Fluent German and practical English skills
